- Gift Card purchased on this website are a physical gift card, delivered in a SIGNATURE REQUIRED parcel by Courier Post 

- The Crossing - 166 Cashel Street, Christchurch

- Minimum gift card load $20, Maximum $999

- The Crossing gift cards can only be used for the purchase of goods and services at participating stores at The Crossing

- The Crossing gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase

- Any balance on the gift card on the expiry date will be forfeited, and it cannot be : refunded to the origional purchaser or the gift card holder ; or transfered to another gift card

- The Crossing gift cards cannot be reloaded with credit, returned, redeemed for cash or used toward the purchase of another gift card

- No refunds or credits are provided for lost or stolen gift cards
